Our History
Marc Simes and Associates became incorporated in 2003 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Mr. Simes began by providing Land Development and Project Management to a national developer and builder. In three short years, the firm has grown from 1 to 6 employees. Its desire is to provide excellent services to their clients and to be a full service component and extension of the clients we serve.
