Management Team

The leadership of Marc Simes & Associates has 75 years of combined experience land development and building construction in the private (commercial and residential) and the public (State, County, City, Military and Federal) sector.

• Marc Simes

  is the President of Marc Simes and Associates. As President, he provides guidance and leadership for the firm. Mr. Simes has over 30 years experience in land development in the Mid Atlantic and Southeast United States. He is also active in the HCCA, CMAA and FABA, and his entrepreneurial spirit has allowed the firm to expand into other quality services.

• John Mersiovsky

  is the Vice President of Marcs Simes and Associates. As Vice President, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. He is a 1980 graduate of Texas A & M University, BS in Building and Construction and has over 25 years experience in building construction and land development in the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest United States. Mr. Mersiovsky is active in the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association.

• Jeff Kirk

  is the Senior Land Development Project Manager for Marc Simes and Associates. As Senior Manager, He is responsible for the field operations of the firm. He is a 1985 graduate of Virginia Tech with at BS in Civil Engineering, and has over 20 years experience in land development in the Mid Atlantic United States.
