— Coordination and budgeting, analysis of project to ensure feasibility to develop.

— Project Management to include: bidding, proposal evaluation, subcontracting, managing subcontractors, approve work in place, coordinate dry utilities, approve invoices, reduce and release sureties.

Rezoning
— plan submission and coordination with engineer and municipalities. Attend meetings with counties on behalf of the developer/owner and guide plans through rezoning process.

Engineering & Entitlements
— Coordinate, schedule and monitor consultants from land acquisition through preliminary plan to final construction documents; Civil engineer, wet lands engineer, traffic engineer, archaeological, environmental engineer, geotechnical engineer, bioengineer, FEMA and NPDES.

— Quantity takeoffs and pricing.

Scheduling
— Establishing detailed schedules for all processes from due diligence, and buying property through engineering and land development to bond release.
